Introduction to Supervised Learning

Recently, many industries have been dealing with very large data sets of different types. Manually processing all that data can be time-consuming, so many machine learning techniques are being applied to increase efficiency. First, we’ll start by defining what classification is in machine learning before clarifying the two types of learners and the difference between classification and regression. Then we’ll look at some real-world applications where classification can be used and explore examples of classification algorithms.
